
Taylor Komara studied studio art at Florida School of the arts and is a professional muralist of 15 years working in a broad range of projects for county and private commissions. She is a contemporary modern artist with a cubism influence, working with mediums such as acrylic, oil, and spray paint.
I use many different mediums, such as oils, acrylics, and spray paint. I believe that working in a single medium is restrictive to my process at times. Each idea manifests in its own individual style. A style identified only by my hand and unlike most. Although I convey my own individual style, I am also well rounded in the industry and am able to adapt to all concepts and ideas.
Drawing inspiration from the likes of Milton Avery and Pablo Picasso, she has a deep affinity for the art of color, utilizing chromatic invention along with high contrast and vibrant hues to evoke beauty and wonder in her works.
